Trade Show and Event Marketing
This collection showcases integrated marketing materials developed to promote GatesAir’s presence at major industry trade shows and events. The projects include digital and print campaigns, booth designs, VIP event collateral, and social media graphics. Each piece was created to generate excitement, drive attendance, and reinforce brand recognition across every stage of the event experience.
Before each trade show, I design graphics for both internal and external promotion, including email banners and social media visuals that build anticipation and drive engagement. These materials announce the company’s participation and provide the sales team with branded assets to share with customers and industry partners ahead of the event.

Booth Design
Each trade show requires an updated booth design that reflects GatesAir’s brand and marketing goals. For IBC 2025, the company aimed to refresh its existing booth with a new look and layout. I supported this process by gathering input from the engineering and sales teams to ensure the booth met both functional and visual needs. To help guide the direction, I created a presentation outlining booth requirements, budget considerations, and style references using input from the sales, marketing, and engineering teams. This presentation was then given to two external vendors that specialize in booth design, and upper management selected the final concept based on their proposals. After the concept was approved, I designed the booth graphics that were displayed across each wall to highlight GatesAir’s key products and branding.

VIP Event
GatesAir’s VIP appreciation events are held at two of the company’s largest trade shows, hosting around 150 guests and providing an opportunity for the sales and engineering teams to connect with partners and customers. I design the graphics for the invitation emails in Marketo, as well as on-site visuals including welcome signage and table pieces displayed throughout the event.

For the table inserts, I developed the initial design and added a QR code linking to a webpage featuring the products displayed at the booth. The webpage includes a printable PDF for additional information, and each product links directly to its page on the GatesAir website, giving attendees easy access to detailed product information.

Other Graphics / Merch
This section showcases additional graphics and merchandise created to support GatesAir’s trade show presence. Projects include display graphics placed throughout the booth, branded bags and other giveaway items, print ads featured in event magazines, and a variety of other promotional materials. Each trade show features a unique set of graphics and merchandise, tailored to the event’s audience and objectives while maintaining consistent branding and visual identity across all touchpoints.
Post-Event Follow-Up
I designed graphics for a post-event email in Marketo to thank attendees for visiting the booth and provide key information for those who may have missed it. The email included text highlighting awards won and the products displayed, along with “Learn More” links directing recipients to the website. By combining visuals and messaging, the email reinforced the brand, showcased key products, and maintained engagement with clients and partners after the event.
